Credit applications, prepared and tracked to a decision
Prepare and submit AWS migration credit and Activate applications, then track the decisions.
How the advisory works
We assess which AWS programmes you can realistically apply to, assemble the evidence each one requires, submit on your behalf and follow the decision through to a written outcome. That covers AWS Activate, migration credits and AWS POC funding for testing a workload before you commit. We tell you what is likely before you invest time in the paperwork.
AWS POC funding
AWS proof-of-concept (POC) funding pays for part of a short, scoped test of one workload on AWS before you commit to it. There is no public form: an AWS Partner at Select tier or above submits the request. Alventara is an AWS Select Tier Services Partner, so we can submit it for you.
- Scope: we pick one workload with a real decision behind it and write the success criteria as numbers
- Business case: an honest estimate of production spend, the evidence AWS weighs the request against
- Submission: we register the opportunity in AWS Partner Central and submit the funding request before any work starts
- Results: a written report against the success criteria, and the next step if the test passes, which may be MAP or partner migration funding
What you get
- An honest read on which programmes you can apply to, and which you cannot
- Document preparation: incorporation, funding, infrastructure, forecasts
- Applications submitted through the correct channel for each programme
- Migration attestations and proof of work when AWS asks for them
- A tracked status for every application until a decision is in writing
The outcome
Applications submitted correctly and on time, with the decision documented: approved, partially approved or declined.
